Question 1: I'm trying to view an ebook on EBSCOhost but it says 'sorry, this ebook is in use'. How can a virtual book have a finite amount of simultaneous users?
Answer 1: Think of viewing or checking out an EBSCO eBook as the same as checking out a physical book. If someone is already looking at it or it is checked out, you have to wait until they are through.
Question 2: I'm trying to download the ebook from EBSCOhost, where is the link/button to download?
Answer 2: Methodist University currently does not have this option for EBSCOhost ebooks.

Question 1: Where is the download button for my ebrary book?
Answer 1: Not all ebrary e-books are downloadable, only the ones with the option will let you download.
Where to go to access ebooks?
The links below take you the the vendors (EBSCOhost or ebrary by ProQuest) sites to search for e-books. If you are off campus, you will have to sign in to use these resources.
Users can also use the Online Catalog in the box below and limit the search to ebooks, after a search is performed.
